Hi, I'm Halcian
I founded PAve the Way Mentoring because so much of this path is learned the hard way, alone, from scattered forum posts and second-hand advice. It should not be that way.
My mission is simple: to guide aspiring and current PAs to thrive, with purpose and with support. That means straight answers, practical feedback on your actual work, and someone who genuinely believes you can do this, especially on the days you are not sure.

Things people usually ask first
Do I need to be applying to PA school already?
Not at all. Plenty of people come in while they are still gathering patient care hours or deciding whether this career is right for them. Earlier is often easier.
How do sessions actually happen?
Sessions are one-to-one and virtual, booked through the scheduler on the contact page. You get a confirmation with the link, and a follow-up email afterwards with what we covered.
What should I bring to a first session?
Whatever you have. A draft, a list of schools, a messy set of worries. If you have nothing prepared, that is fine too. We will start with where you are.
Can you guarantee I will get in?
No one honest can. What mentoring does is make your application stronger, your interview steadier and your plan clearer, so that what you submit is genuinely the best version of you.
What if I need to reschedule?
Life happens, especially in this field. Reschedule through your booking confirmation, or send a note to info@pavethewaymentoring.com and we will find another time.
